• Time Limit & Credit Type: Refund requests are only applicable to subscription credits and must be submitted within 3 days of your purchase. For add-on credits, we cannot process any refund requests.
• Credit Usage Limit: If you have used more than 50 subscription credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase.
• Aesthetic and Output Variations: Due to the nature of generative artificial intelligence, generated media outputs (including images, videos, and audio) vary. Dissatisfaction with the artistic style, aesthetic quality, or AI interpretation of prompts does not constitute a valid basis for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund for subscription credits, please follow these steps:

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review your account's credit usage logs. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding six percent (6%) of the initial payment to cover payment gateway transaction costs, and that add-on credits are not refundable.
